Our Delivery Rates

Customers will qualify for free delivery on orders over £50 (including VAT).
In some locations, an additional surcharge will be applied, even where the order is above the free delivery threshold.
For orders below £50, we offer two standard delivery charges. Service availability is based on your location & the items you order.
The total cost for delivery is displayed at checkout.

Dispatch times vary between products. We recommend reviewing the lead-time displayed on each product page before ordering.
An estimated delivery date for your order is also shown in the shopping basket.
We may consolidate smaller items into a single package, meaning that item(s) you order may be held until the entire order is ready for dispatch.
Delivery dates are our best estimate and not a guarantee.

We work with several partners to offer you the best value & service.
We will email you a tracking number as soon as goods are dispatched.
If you provide a mobile number, our partners may also use this to provide additional tracking details, such as delivery timeslot.
Where items are sent directly from the manufacturer, service levels may differ and we may not always be able to provide a tracking link.
You can track the status of your order by logging in to your account.
