The Mach Undercounter Utensilwasher has been designed as a universal machine to meet all the dishwashing and utensil washing requirements of a commercial kitchen. With a tall clear-entry height and compact footprint, it can wash gastronorm containers and still fit anywhere a normal commercial dishwasher would.

Featuring a remarkable load capacity, this dishwasher utensilwasher is capable of washing up to five standard 60x40 baking tray. It is also ideally suited for easy installation into existing washrooms, sitting comfortably underneath standard single or double bowl sink tabling or counter tops.

Digital Control Panel

Intuitive and simple to use digital interface with temperature display for rinse boiler and wash tank. The colour-coded wash icon changes from red to green, depending on the status of the machine, and a countdown timer is displayed throughout the wash cycle. All settings are adjustable such as temperature, thermal interlock and cycle. There’s also a self-cleaning mode that fully sanitises the inside of the machine.

Fully Automatic Operation

Equipped with fully automatic operation with micro stop switch if the door is opened. Selectable 60, 90, 120, 180 or 360 second wash cycles with integrated electronic detergent and rinse aid dispensers and a drain pump as standard.

Energy Efficient

Equipped with a double walled washing chamber for higher thermal efficiency and better acoustic insulation. Also includes a thermally insulated boiler for lower energy use and quicker heat up & recovery times.

All Stainless Steel Components

AISI304 stainless steel components including armoured stainless steel elements, stainless steel boiler, filters, hinges, wash arms, rinse arms, plugs and jets. The moulded wash tank also features rounded corners and edges for easier cleaning.

Italian Manufacturer

Designed and built in Italy. Armoured heating elements with thermostatic protection in the tank and boiler. Wide range of optional extras and accessories to suit your washing requirements. We buy direct from the Italian manufacturer and provide UK based technical support & service.
